Excellent service with wonderful Doctors and wonderful personality

I had a truly frustrating experience at this dental office. When I came in for my son's appointment, I was told that his insurance card was being processed and that I wouldn't need to pay out of pocket. However, the very next day, I was informed that I owed $270. I contacted the insurance company, and they confirmed that I should not be responsible for this charge, advising me to call the office back for clarification. Andrew, my hygienist is professional, friendly, and most importantly, gentle!!
