UPDATE APRIL 2026 East Village Dental center continues to slay when it comes to painless patient care. Had a deep cleaning today and was very apprehensive about pain. The dental hygienist was an absolute gem. Wish I remembered her name (a blonde lady with an Eastern bloc accent) , but she made sure the procedure was smooth and painless. This was also my experience when I got a filling redone last year. Never leave these reviews but I’ve been a patient here for several years and the doctors are excellent, esp Dr. Kaufman. However, the major downside is that they never answer the phone… ever. I lived in the East Village for years and would walk over to get things sorted. I now live in Florida and received a duplicate bill. Have been trying to contact them for 4 months via calls, voicemails and texts with no responses. I have no choice but to pay the bill. Their billing system appears to be very messy. Please be warned.
