Not called East Vancouver anymore. Going by Peck Chiropractic. They are extremely shady. After moving locations they sent me a statement. There was no breakdown of what the statement is for. I had always paid a copay for my accupuncture visits. I have a record of multiple phone calls I made, voicemails I left, and even spoke to someone that said she would get back to me. If anyone can get past the front office staff's poor attitudes and argumentative manner one might be able to engage a civil dialog. Also among the issues with the front office staff is the fact that they don't seem to know their respective jobs and when one wishes to bring a certain matter to their attention they become very forceful, rude, and argumentative even about clarification of vital information which might help someone make a decision as to whether or not they receive care at this clinic. I just read some of the other reviews and it’s amazing how similarly bad my experience was with another one. I always thought this office was a trustworthy place to go to. But, once they moved and changed names something happened and they’ve lost all sense of customer service. Shady was a word someone else used, and she’s exactly right. I too received a statement showing a balance due from a procedure over 6 months before.
