I went in already nervous about being at the doctor and getting an exam. Once I was in the room Dr Shavana took an hour to come into my room while the entire time I have the paper drape over me wondering when she’ll come And then she acted like I was out of line when I commented on how long it took her. The lady at the front desk was incredibly rude & unhelpful. She would often swear/ insult me & other guests under her breath. They also never updated my address so I never received any bills from them and I only found out once debt collectors called. I also went in once because I was in a lot of pain (it was extremely difficult to schedule an appointment). They dismissed me basically saying they didn’t know without a real examination. I had a terrible experience here. I never write reviews but I could not let other women go though this. First of all, it took 2 and a half weeks just to get my appointment. That I scheduled a month in advance. I scheduled an appointment and was there on time for them to tell me it had been scheduled for a different day completely even though I had confirmed it.
