I'm so glad I chose them to do my iud! After reading horror stories online I was super scared for my mirena but NP Marcia Flores suggested doing a paracervical block on me and omg I'm so glad she did! I felt nothing but mild cramping. She's extremely gentle and explains everything before she does it. Highly recommend this office. Not to mention the medical assistant Tammy is so sweet and calmed me down so much! Thank you 😁🤗

They are the worst. I was calling to reschedule an appointment for 3 weeks already. So I decided to call from a different number and guess what got an answer. So personally I can't stand the short hair blonde scheduling lady up at front. She's either racist or just a witch. That's all. Other then that everyone in the office is nice.
