Do not waste your time with this practice. They discriminate against AHCCCS patients. NONE of the procedures described on this webpage were offered to me for my dysuria and incontinence. ANGELICA is a horrible employee who denied me service because I carried AHCCCS insurance and could not afford the co pay! AHCCCS rules indicate clearly NO AHCCCS patient may be denied medical services if they are unable to afford the co pays due to financial hardship.
