They don't notify you on time when your bill is up like they promise and overcharge on late fees. Worse company ever. Do not use them.
We had a great experience with them. Friendly staff, good location, reasonable hours, elevators that worked all the time, easy access, adequate carts for transporting boxes, etc. inside. Most importantly, no exposure to outside (humid, damaging) atmosphere so no mold, mildew, etc. damage to your stored posessions. Not the lowest price, but well worth the cost. All in all, VERY good experience and would use them again when we need external storage.
RecommendedIf you must have a storage unit, this is the place to have one. It's very clean, secure and heated! You can use their truck to move in - for free! Mostly, the people who work there are very nice.

They over charge long standing good tenants. They continually raise the rent over time and then advertise the same unit you have for far less money. Even after asking nicely to be afforded the same rate as everyone else they refused they have poor customer service and are charging us more just because they feel like they can. The unit that is $50 less is the same row and a just a few units down. I would not recommend this facility to anyone based on my treatment.
