My boyfriend has been here for lens replacement and for retinal surgery. Every body here has ALWAYS been compassionate and professional. We got checked in quickly and then he was taken away for his procedure. We we given detailed instructions for post op care. Very pleased with the facility and the staff. Highly recommend this place.
No postoperative follow-up they said they were going to call me never got a call. I am having issues.
The surgical staff is top-tier! The reception staff is a little stand offensive. I felt I was just a number, not a person. They didn't tell one person they would be waiting for an hour past your appointment time to be called for preparation work before surgery. Just how I felt.
I had cateract surgery this morning and all the staff was so great and friendly. My surgery was easy and fast. I didn't feel anything. I have to come back to get my right one done on the 26th. I give this office and staff thumbs up. Keep up the good work and friendlyness.
