This place is so hard to get ahold of! They don't answer their phones or call you back. I had 3 refills left and my cvs specialty reach out 3 times to refill it. I called multiple times with no answer and when someone did answer they did not care I needed my medication this week and said they'd call me back tomorrow and did not. This place is a mess and I would highly recommend going somewhere else.

I went in for extreme stomach pain, nothing was check, didn't really care about the issue! Just want to set up another test! Said they would call to set it up! Remember extreme stomach issues, I have crohn's! Been a week no call. Now having my primary doctor refer me to the Mayo clinic! If I get good doctor their, I am done with this place!

I saw Dr Farshidpour a couple of times, and I definitely would not recommend him or this facility. During the first visit I clearly explained what my issues were, he appeared to listen and recommend a procedure for diagnosis and a prescription. The prescription was never sent over to the pharmacy I specifically told them to send it to and when I called the office to get the prescription issue resolved I was put on hold and after 15 mins I gave up. I love Dr. Nguyenduc, but I'm sorry I have to give a bad review because it's impossible to get through on the phone and their texting service is worse. They have got to be losing patients.

Just called (4:15 p.m.) and the line says they are closed although it also says their hours are until 4:30. Answering service said it's probably just because they are busy?? Having difficulty getting my records since my doctor moved from there.
