I love Dr. Nguyenduc, but I'm sorry I have to give a bad review because it's impossible to get through on the phone and their texting service is worse. They have got to be losing patients.
Just called (4:15 p.m.) and the line says they are closed although it also says their hours are until 4:30. Answering service said it's probably just because they are busy?? Having difficulty getting my records since my doctor moved from there.
This office came highly recommended and I was not disappointed. Dr. Nguyenduc was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and really took the time to get to know me and my issues and not just as another 'number'. Brittany in the office was great too and provided awesome customer service. I Highly recommend this office!
