Joe went above and beyond to help us resolve an issue that we were having with two of our fans. He got the replacement parts and came and installed them. Fixing our fans for a portion of the price that it would have cost to replace them. Just in time for the heat of the summer to hit. Amazing service, I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
This company was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the measuring, choosing products and installation, our experience was flawless. They have very competitive pricing and we had them do all the shutters and fans in our home.
I lost the battle with my husband and we have a giant fan now. Great recommendation from the owner as it cools off the great room in a jiffy even if I wasn’t in favor of the choice. My only issue is the install, they should use gloves as now I’m staring at greasy finger prints on every fan blade and they aren’t ours - happened during installation. 🤦♀️ But the fan will do its thing for the upcoming summer.

Best customer service ever! Such professionals, would recommend highly.
We are very happy with our fan; it is beautiful! Patrick spent, with us, the time needed to answer all our questions, make recommendations, explain the pros & cons of the fans we were considering for our space. He was very friendly as well as helpful and when we had a "wobble" he scheduled us for the very next day to make it right. Would definitely will recommend East Valley Fans & Blinds!
