The worst customer service EVER ! You can't talk to your own doctor's office and they put you on hold for a very long time. When they do answer it is only to ask to put you on hold longer. It was much easier just to go to the office to make an appointment or exchange information. Strange that Facebook would suggest I like or even know I used them since I do not use them anymore...
I was a patient of Dr. Rogers at the Ray/48th street location for over 7 years. Im not sure exactly what happened, but from my understanding he left the practice to move to a cardiologists office in Mesa. Prior to his office closing, he had started merging with EVFM (Pecos & 40th location) and so I started to see PA- Lana Khatib because it was becoming increasingly more difficult to be seen at the Ray Rd. office. Something changed about a year ago with this practice. l'm not sure what but l now have to wait on hold for up to 20 min just to make an appointment -- only to find out that my primary care doc has left the practice. They request unnecessary tests just to make you pay more. Their prices have gone up without notice. l feel really badly for the staff who has to work in what appears to be an under-staffed environment. lt wasn't this way until about 2 years ago. I'm so tired of being put on hold for over an hour and being told 'they are just real busy' BS-- they just been to hire and manage their people better������
The Glendale office has a sign to not knock on their window. they will get to you when they decide. They then wanted to do digagnostics which were not necessary because they can bill for them. My aappointment to see someone was an hour late. On top of that, they did not call my prespription in as I had run out. When calling, you actually do not get to speak even to the actual office. Never going back

I cannot even express how horrible East Valley Family Medical is! They are clueless. I could Google and self diagnosis myself better than this incompetent staff with training could. They lack courtesy, customer service, and just being basic thoughtful human beings.
