The lady at the front first when I called she just said hello so I kept asking her I go what is this place and and she was like hello and I go are you the ER hospital she says yes and I go oh because you didn’t answer us hello the ER hospital or whatever you’re called. Then when I came in, she was she didn’t have a personality. She was very rude. She just didn’t smile at all like she wasn’t happy being there. Unfortunately, I had to make an ER while visiting Phoenix and coming from CA I didn’t know what to expect. But, wow I’ve never had such a fast, positive and friendly doctors visit, ever! Nurse Darinda was amazing, spent time with me, answered questions and was the type of nurse one would hope to get when you feel like crap. Arrived in a delirious state, had been there 4 days earlier and was diagnosed with an UTI and prescribed an antibiotic. I had been bedridden for almost a month with extreme fatigue, unable to even heat up a bowl of soup or microwave a frozen meal. I had such a violent reaction to the antibiotics, projectile vomiting and diarrhea. I finally had to stop taking the Rx around day four or five. This was my first experience. I did not know that these were available and I had a friend tell me about it and I went and I had the absolute best experience I will continue to come and the location I was at in Gilbert. The staff was so attentive, so kind very thorough. The room rooms and building area itself was clean and organized. They completely took care of me and made me feel it ease. It was a wonderful experience. I have been recommending it to everyone I know. So thank you to the team at the location in Gilbert
