If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I suddenly lost significant vision in my right eye after being on allergy drops and having my eyes dilated and was back and forth with optometrists and opthomoloegists. When I finally got an order for and MRI I couldnt get in anywhere for 4+ days. On a whim, I contacted East Valley ER for outpatient, self pay imaging services and was lucky enough to be connected with Christie Holliday in radiology. Wonderful staff! From the dr, nurses, front desk & radiology they were all very kind, knowledgeable, thorough & quick getting me in & taken care of! I'd highly recommend to family & friends

The staff was amazing and extremely attentive. I was seen quickly and the process was smooth from start to finish. Im always skeptical with visits in new locations but dr. Hall changed all of my pessimistic thoughts. She was super caring and listened to all my questions and concerns and answered them appropriately. She was not rushed and didnt make me feel like I was just a number. She had an authentic attitude and helped me through the entire process.
