Amazing staff! From the moment we got there to the moment we left there was nothing but compassion and kindness from the staff. Thank you Ashley(receptionist) and Steve in radiology for being so patient and kind! I highly recommend this East Valley ER and hospital!
This ER hospital is wonderful! I had to take my 88 year old Mom to the ER. They checked her in within 5 minutes. Dr. Dechant was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He ordered a blood and urine test, and the nurse did an EKG. He diagnosed her problem, gave her some medication and some fluids. She felt better. He gave her a prescription for some medication until we can see her primary care doctor. The nurses who checked us in and the nurse who helped my Mom were all very kind and efficient. Thank you!
Always have a great and seamless experience here. I always receive the care needed! Highly recommend this ER.
There was no wait to get back to a room which was great since my son was not feeling good at all. All of the staff were very friendly, caring and nice. The doctor explained everything very thoroughly. We were in and out in under an hour.
