I came in by ambulance with hyper high pain. By the time I arrived the medics had my pain levels stabilized. The handoff was exceptional and the staff were extraordinary. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at the East Valley ER.

Dr. Powell was great and understanding, very polite in explaining treatment plan and recommendations. I will recommend East Valley ER &Hospital as a good facility for anyone who is sick and needing care in minutes to utilize them for their care. The only thing I did not like is the information that was on my profile were wrong. I have ne ver used mitformin or never had any condition that is treated with mitformin but it was included in my allergies. All the medications listed as my home medications were wrong. Doctors were unprofessional, completely disregarded my complaints even after explaining my history my symptoms and current horrible pain. Doctor Gary smith was clearly uneducated on the problems I was describing to him. He decided to run a urine test which took over 2 hours to receive any results which all came back normal because the urine test was irrelevant to the care I had requested and addressed my concerns about needing. Very good service. The receptionist, nurse and Doctor were professional and courteous. This will be my "go to" Hospital in the future. I highly recommend.
