There referrals department is slow and incompetent. I have been trying to get a hold of Irene for a referal since March 2 weeks later still nothing. My daughter cannot get checked up at the hospital because they still have bot received a referal even if I have already received an approval on my end. Whenever I call her no answer. They should fire her for not doing her job properly. If it takes this long for a referral the patient may die waiting to see a specialist.
