I’ve always been treated well here. And their testing is very thorough. Only small problem is the ever-present light odor of urine in the waiting area at the front of the office, but that might just be a “me” problem because my sense of smell - so I’ve been told - is heightened. I can tell they’ve tried to get rid of it (because it’s gotten better over time) but it still lingers after about 3 or so months.

Absolutely terrible practice. Can’t write their own referrals, they want you to go to your PCP and have them do it, with no information as to why. Promised up and down he knew pain management providers that could help me and would call the next day since I only have what the hospital gave me and I feel like I’m drowning 24 hours a day with a brick on my chest. I’ve been going to this practice for more than ten years. Subsequent to my last visit, the practice was sold and all of the caregivers changed (Melissa!!!). The recent reviews were less than stellar, pretty much split between love/hate. It concerned me enough that I looked into switching practices (to follow Melissa). My Mom went to this office because of her heart. Did the tests needed. Now to get back in for her results has been a problem. The girls seem nice but the way we have been treated is wrong. Is it because we are not white. We showed up today for an appointment made last month to find out they made the appointment for a chandler office. Dr. Sawant may be a competent cardiologist. But the communication system that he has put in place is largely dysfunctional. The staff does not know what meds he has ordered. They do not know what additional procedures he is recommending. They do not share my records with my primary care provider, even after being asked to do so. Their excuses are lame.
