I can’t say enough good things about East Valley Cardiology in Chandler! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and efficient. My appointment was with Nurse Practitioner Sarah Hanson, and she was absolutely outstanding. I am so worried about a family member who had a pacemaker put in almost a year ago and has never been able to see the doctor since except the initial five minute visit. Every time this office cancels on them It is the day of the appointment after waiting patiently for extended time to get an appointment they immediately canceled the day of the appointment. I’m worried for the health of my family member and I’m very disappointed And wondering if this is just their standard treatment of people in Maricopa.

I’ve always been treated well here. And their testing is very thorough. Only small problem is the ever-present light odor of urine in the waiting area at the front of the office, but that might just be a “me” problem because my sense of smell - so I’ve been told - is heightened. I can tell they’ve tried to get rid of it (because it’s gotten better over time) but it still lingers after about 3 or so months.

My Mom went to this office because of her heart. Did the tests needed. Now to get back in for her results has been a problem. The girls seem nice but the way we have been treated is wrong. Is it because we are not white. We showed up today for an appointment made last month to find out they made the appointment for a chandler office. We showed up last month they changed the appointment to today. I said we would wait however there is no doctor available. I asked for a supervisors number. If you're health condition requires any medical paperwork for your insurance or employer, etc. to have a medical leave or accommodation, etc. don't bother using this practice because even though they treat you for the condition they make you go to a doctor that does not have the specifics nor the expertise about the conditions/treatments to complete any required paperwork. I recommend finding a new practice if you need anything other than a checkup or prescription cause this practice won't help you.
