Beware!! In my opinion this medical facility has really gone downhill. They did numerous tests on me (the technicians were great), but the only Cardiologist remaining on their staff did not follow up on my care. I feel they were just out to bill my insurance and then left me unable to get the care I needed. The doctor never contacted me afterwards. I want to clarify that my low rating is not a reflection of the care provided by the doctor or Nurse Practitioner (NP). I am extremely grateful for the loop recorder implant, as it likely saved my life by detecting SVT just one month after implantation. This led to a referral to an SVT specialist, who performed a procedure, and I continue to be monitored through the device for any further issues. We feel so blessed and fortunate to have found East Valley Cardiology. After our cardiologist/Dr retired, we scrambled to find a practice that would give us confidence and great service. WE FOUND IT ALL!! DR Flores and PA Jamie Harris are an awesome team, the BEST! Their quick responses to any questions in person or on patient portal is fantastic! Just phenomenal. I’m very happy with this office. Dr.Kahlon is a very good listener and explains everything very well. The office staff is prompt with scheduling and I appreciate Mary’s help scheduling a cardiac check up on very short notice for authorization of another surgery.

I had a procedure done and called to get a copy of the report. I was told they wouldn't provide one because I was coming from the VA. I've been in the VA healthcare system for years and have seen many private doctors without problems getting my records. I would avoid coming here if you are a veteran.
