I took my car in for an oil change this week with a coupon for a $25 oil change that I printed off the East Urban website. When it came time to pay, I was told I owed $96! What?! The guy told me me they used synthetic, because that is recommended for my car and he apologized that I wasn't informed of the cost in advance. I'm so glad I took my car to Eastside Urban Auto, they were really friendly and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!
East Urban Auto is the best! I need a shop with people I can trust. I can send friends and family to East Urban knowing they'll be happy with the service. Had a great experience here!! Scott and Jeri are both great to work with and amazing with communication. They were able to let me know quickly if they could solve my problem and got me a quote that was a fraction of the cost of the dealership. Even better they got the work done in a flash and I got my car back more quickly than expected.

Jeri with East-Urban Auto Service is awesome!!! I needed to squeeze in an oil change right before a summer vacation, and not only did he do it the same day that I requested it (on very short notice), he told me to bring my car right in and he would take care of it. I was completely blown away by his level of customer service. I will definitely be coming back whenever one of our cars need service. Thanks so much, Jeri!

We had a dealer tell us our brakes were at 10%, so we brought our truck to Jeri, who had just done one of our other trucks. After a couple hours, Jeri called and said we should take our truck back. The brakes were at 70%! It was a 'sold' job, and we were ready to pay for the new brakes. So happy to have an honest mechanic to takes our trucks to. THANKS!!!
