Due to dispute between Post office and Building management. Mails won't get delivered to this building. There is a pest infestation issue in higher floors. Since there is no active tenet association in this building, if you encounter any issues there is no way to raise it to management. Unless you are getting the units under market value don't consider this building

Lived here for a year and it’s overall great! Friendly people in this condo. Lots of visitor parking. Very clean, I only saw one spider in my unit the entire year. Can’t hear my neighbours as much. Management is proactive in my opinion when replying to emails. Only issues I encountered with is elevator wait time varies esp during rush hour and when I moved out, I wish the security would be more strict with elevator booking time as another person was also moving out same day as me but was not courteous of timing and taking ov... read more

Frankly one of the best location in Downtown East! Very convenient public transportation, very close to DVP and Gardiner. Building located between Richmond and Adelaide on Parliament, so great way to go by bicycle/ e bike or even by foot if your office in downtown core. Easy access to famous Distillery District and other historical sites.
