Terrible scheduling and customer service. Had a showing scheduled for 1:00pm through Zillow chat. Mike told me that the time was confirmed through the Zillow chat. When the day and time comes for the showing, Mike is nowhere to be found!! When there are so many living options around the east side, it's nice to have gems like East Town Apartments. Although my time living at East Town was brief, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Location is obviously amazing given you're in the heart of the east side. Units are properly maintained, neighbors were friendly, and Michael was always making himself available if I ever needed anything!

I lived at this apartment complex for two years. It is very clean and updated. There is on-site parking, storage, and laundry. The management staff is readily available and always willing to help. Location is phenomenal and walking distance to all the east side or downtown festivities!
Before pursuing an opportunity in Colorado, I lived here for almost 4 years. For those looking into living at 1651, I'd like to point out a few things: 1) Michael, the landlord/manager, is absolutely phenomenal! Not only incredibly kind, genuine, and so respectful, but he makes sure that all concerns are addressed ASAP. To me, good management like that can make all the difference. 2) The outside of the building does not come close to representing the apartments themselves.
