Good facilities and staff very helpful
I Paulene Bates also agree with the negative reviews. I find Eric very incompetent and preferred the old management Mark who got things done. Honestly, I think Eric should take a step down and have someone with more knowledge and is accomodating to your needs (not a snob). This building unfortunately is going down hill… it used to be in immaculate condition when Mark was still working here… now it takes over two years to have my windows cleaned and it has been such a hassle having to request it be done… I’m still waiting for... read more
Spent $800 for the staff to be completely rude, unhelpful and actually discriminatory.
Many thanks to Waleed Aziz, the best concierge on duty. He is consistently helpful and kind to all residents, always willing to assist with bookings for facilities and the elevator.
