My sons live here. Such a clean pretty interior with plenty of areas to explore and facilities for guests. Great location and multi access points. On site parking is available for residence.
Stayed a week in a beautiful clean apartment with balcony and view. Location great for trams, city and close to conference centre, river restaurant. Pool, gym, steam room, sauna great. Negative garbage chute broken so had a way to go until chute fixed. Down to one elevator on the weekend and it took 20 minutes to get luggage and bags via lift to exit building. No early check in and no facility to store your luggage. Otherwise, a wonderful stay.

CRITICAL SECURITY AND NEGLIGENCE WARNING FOR RESIDENTS AND GUESTS.Do not trust the 24/7 building concierge or management framework at East Tower, Melbourne Quarter (628 Flinders St). I handed the on-site concierge staff my suitcases containing $7,465.92 worth of personal belongings (including premium clothing, footwear, clinical skincare, and cosmetics).
