Happy stay! Superb location, very close to Yara river side where there are many restaurants and bars within 10mins walk. Taking tram to tourist attractions is easy too. Although right above railway, we didn’t find it noisy. Indoor pool, jacuzzi and gym is a plus which opens 24hrs. Our apartment has 2 rooms 2 baths, good for party of 4. It is clean and well furnished. Full utensils, laundry, toiletries. We were satisfied, will definitely book again next time.
Very good experience. Stayed for 5 nights with my family. They offer all the kitchen supplies needed with dish detergent and a brand new chopping board. Facilities operate 24/7, all clean and well maintained. The apartment is located within the free tram zone area which makes it perfect for travelling around the city. Very close to China town and many cafes nearby. Will definitely come back next time.
concierge working on Saturday 28/06/2025 afternoon got so much attitude. super dismissive of tenant needs, treated us like an inconvenience. seen him a lot but yeah, just rude. i work for a security company and this is just not acceptable
My first ever negative review on google. Sorry but had too many negative encounters with the receptionists/concierge to the point where I feel like leaving this is justified. I always feel like an inconvenience whenever I talk to them. Understand if you might be tired but everyone’s dealing with something and I just went out of surgery when I had my encounter with a rude concierge. No reason to treat anyone that way. Would not recommend anyone renting/buying here.
