concierge working on Saturday 28/06/2025 afternoon got so much attitude. super dismissive of tenant needs, treated us like an inconvenience. seen him a lot but yeah, just rude. i work for a security company and this is just not acceptable
My first ever negative review on google. Sorry but had too many negative encounters with the receptionists/concierge to the point where I feel like leaving this is justified. I always feel like an inconvenience whenever I talk to them. Understand if you might be tired but everyone’s dealing with something and I just went out of surgery when I had my encounter with a rude concierge. No reason to treat anyone that way. Would not recommend anyone renting/buying here.
The receptionist was really rude and aggressive for no reason. We were all talking nicely but he kept being harsh. This isn’t the first time either. If he’s working in hospitality, he should know how to be polite and calm. Hope management does something about this. EXCUSE ME, WHO ARE U???
Never been to this place but I always hear dog barking even i live across the street. I saw dog has been locked outside the room maybe on level 12 or 13 floor i am not sure. If anyone can suggest or give me contact to building manager that would be great
