I saw Dr. Kayssi concerning some vein issues I was having. He took the time to explain things to me carefully, was thoughtful and had wonderful bedside manners. I would 10/10 recommend him. Wish there were more Drs out there like him!
I contacted East Toronto Vascular Clinic July 2025 for my varicose veins. I was able to get an appointment within 2 weeks. I had the initial consultation with Dr. Dueck and he thoroughly explained my options. He is extremely knowledgable , explained everything in detail, and made me feel at ease. The receptionists are awesome and always were prompt to reply to my emails. The day of the procedure ( EVLT) the team was extremely kind and made me feel less anxious. I'm a patient at this Clinic for a year now. The only things that come to my mind from my experiences here - Unreliable, very untrustworthy and incompetent, as in nobody really cares or calls you back after you leave a message with all details asking for the status. I've left two messages and it's been a week now. It's been a year since the vascular surgeon Dr. Dueck talked to me about my surgery. I am delighted to offer my thanks and appreciation for the wonderful experience and the wonderful results that Dr. Kayssi and his team achieved for me. I'm in generally good health, but no spring chicken, and have been suffering from venous insufficiency for a number of years. If I have a 0 star option I will go with that. I went to the clinic after having an appointment. I arrived there 12 minutes late. They didn’t let me have a x-ray. I was there first patient. I waited there almost 30 mins till the second patient came. Just they let me visit with the doctor, after waiting almost 1.5 hours for the doctor. Because unfortunately the doctor came late around 20 minutes. The doctor he couldn’t do any thing because no x-ray. I was not happy.
