This is my second RV, our first was an Airstream Interstate 3500. We put over 120,000 miles on it and loved it. Both, Airstream and Mercedes were fantastic. In September of last year we traded in the Airstream for a 24ft C Class East to West (EW) from Blue Compass (BC). What a mistake, we needed a larger vehicle, but the sacrifice wasn't worth it. BC makes all the pledges or commitments and lives up to none of them. EW customer service is non starter. They give you a 1-year warranty, but it's in the shop for months ... read more
