Your typical Karen’s running a wanna be police force. I receive a notification because my lawn is dead in spots on the side of my house. I’ve lived in this house for 5 years and every single HOA we’ve had wants to send out violations regarding dead spots on lawn or having a trash can in front of a house for 2 days. I never imagined I’d be saying this about an HOA management company. But I’ve experienced good and bad companies and East to West is absolutely great! They have gone above and beyond for our community, in so many ways, and we are fortunate to have a company who cares as much as they do.
I live in the West Highlands Community in Middleton Idaho. I have lived here going on 10 years and it is my opinion that East to West Property Management is the best HOA that we have had since I have lived here.
