A nice, clean facility, and the owner is very accommodating.
The owner, David, is almost always onsite, doing something to improve his maxi storage facility. Any issues and he is all over it. The maxi storage units are only about a year old, so I'm happy to have a nice warehouse to work out of, with no leaks. And the 18 wheeler trucks I receive weekly can easily maneuver around with no trouble at all. There is 100 feet between the front of my building and the one across the way from me.
