10/10 Recommend!! The professionals at East Texas Title Companies work tirelessly to get the results you need. They also have attorneys available for quick questions to ensure complete understanding on both sides. Call me old school but I just prefer in person in office closings. That mobile notary stuff is sketchy and leaves too much room for mistakes. 🖊️ 📝 ✍🏼 🏠 🔑 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

After closing in October, my sister received a delinquent tax notice on her house. When we called the title company, we were told it was in the paperwork. We agreed, and said it would have been nice if someone would have mentioned this where she could have been prepared for a 1K bill. They again said it was in the paperwork. Moral of the story... read and understand EVERY SINGLE WORD BEFORE SIGNING! or better yet- don't use this title company!

DON’T USE EAST TEXAS TITLE COMPANY!!! 4 months after closing, I received a delinquent tax statement for almost 1,000.00. I went by the Title Company to pick up proof it was paid and with a chuckle from Jessica, the closer, it wasn’t paid. She said October is a weird month for closing. That tax statement was not available from the ISD. I later called Robbie who stated I signed a statement that taxes were paid for the “certified “ taxes. This is the worst title company. Very unprofessional. Will find every little thing they can to overcharge you. Any issue that could have arised definitely did with this company. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
