Matt McDaniel was wonderful! He went above and beyond his needs to fix my garage floor that settled in the middle. The new equipment Poly Foam Leveling was used to restore my garage back to normal! These guys are great! Called to have 100yr old house leveled and they not only did it in half the time they said they would, the owner even knocked down the price, which I doubt anyone else would do. Highly recommend these guys. The only way to go in East TX!
This company is awesome!! James Renick explained exactly what they were going to do to stabilize the foundation, they showed up when he said they would and what I had assumed would take a few days he & his crew completed the job in less than a day. James R***** gave us a professional estimate and offered different solutions. James and his team leveled and replace 30 post piers under out lakehouse and porch. Also added a French drain around the back and sides of the house. His team did a great job and were finished in a very timely manner. We called James back out because there was a drainage issue under the house that we thought might of happened during the work being done. Snake oil sales, at least the Huntsville location. Something just seemed off with the salesman's personality/delivery from the beginning: difficult to get a word in edge-wise, hyper-knowledgeable of the house's construction before even crawling under, oily; alarm bells starting to buzz. He found one legitimate problem ($4800) but then started adding items onto the estimate ($1500) that didn't appear necessary. The final item ($4000) he added gave me a clear picture of his game.
