On two separate occasions there wasn't anyone at the counter to check people in before the flight. Apparently if you don't make it there a minimum of 1 hour prior to take off they will refuse to come out of their office or coffee break to check you in. TSA is absolutely no help either in trying to help. They speak to you like you're dirt. Lie and tell you the flight is full even though you have a seat assigned and someone we knew on the plane is texting us saying our seat is empty. Just wanted to say thank you to all of the hard-working crew at #ggg for their sense of humor and going above and beyond to get our diverted #americanairlines flight from SGF to DFW where it belonged. The facility is limited for sure, but clean, roomy and again - staff and ground crew were on point.

The people in this airport were extremely short and rude to both me and my son(who was flying for the first time). The security guard who was there was a cocky smartass. My suggestion is just go to Tyler and fly out
