I had great service! As a new homeowner he was here quick and explained why my bathroom was flooded. It helped me understand. No complaints!
Home warranty work. This guy was a joke. Incredibly rude. Literally said to me " I don't have time for this. No one has this many problems. They don't pay me enough to deal with all of this. I have to get authorization, I'll call you later. " Never heard from him again. Even my children were taken aback with his attitude. I will never allow this "man" into my house again! Tim is extremely rude called me the day before and told me what time he would be their to fix my bathroom sink when he made it my husband open the door he ask where the problem was did not speak to my husband and preceded to start the job but question me about something that I had No idea about and tried to accuse us of doing something to the bathroom sink as if we are plumbers if we were we would not have need for his service he preceded to say well I need to call AHS we said for what because you are going to fix the proble... read more
Tim the owner and operator is a shady individual who just comes by to get the pay from the home warranty company. He definitely is very rude and I believe has a mental disorder because he accused me of hanging up on him and treating him rudely when I called with an issue I had after he had come by. I think that just everyone has a problem with him and he can't keep up with who is complaining about what to him. Avoid at all costs!
This guy has some sort of anger issues. I missed one call from him and he proceeded to yell at me. I apologize 5 times for missing one call, and then eventually tell him, I can find another plumber. I did and they got the job done for $450 less than he was charging. So I guess I should thank him for yelling at me since it saved me money in the end!
