My husband had a heart Attack, our insurance is with UT so that’s where we had the ambulance take him. They knew just what to do and saved his life, he received 4 stints and says he feels better and breathing better too!
My first visit to ETMC (Tyler) 1. Convenient parking 2. Dr. Maxey and staff are simply great - explained procedures thoroughly, were accomodating, helpful with insurance, etc., and efficient. 3. Later, Tiffany was very helpful on the phone with scheduling a procedure.
Everyone was extremely helpful and very friendly. I had no waiting time. A very pleasant experience.
