Called about a couple part # s the guy was very unhelpful and refused to give me the #'s over fear of buying elsewhere. Was told to call the boss on Monday when I explained their parts were 3 times as expensive. this isn't the first time I've had this type of interaction. Finally decided to write a review. not good for business !!
I called about some part info for a customer of ours. upon asking for a part number to verify visually that I was buying the correct the old bitty got sideways and irate about a simple request. she stated that they didn't give part numbers out and that if I didn't like it I could call someone else and purchase it. It's pretty sad that hall volvo went above and beyond to get me the right part. I don't believe i will be doing future business with east texas mack due to there unprofessionalism.
