I had 2 fail previous shoulder before from a doctor in Longview. Come to find out I had a infection in my shoulder that Dr Yates and Dr Kummerfeld work together on. I'm having great results. Highly recommend Yates

Dr. Yates had been my Dr for 20 years. He's my buddy. And always honest with you about everything. I trust his judgement on my health an me he talks to you an listen to what you have to say. Couldn't be ask for our a better Dr. I'm 62 so here's been my Dr in my 30's..I give him more than a hundred stars. And his review should be higher than what it is. Not 4.0

I was taken to the ER a temp of 105+ and 7 years of life. Don't remember too much but I am still alive today. He traced it down to a staph infection on my pacemakers leads. I had worked in hospitals for 30 years and I know bad, mediocre, good and excellent doctors exist and he falls in the excellent variety. I would definitely recommend him.

Terrible staff, compassion fatigue at it's finest. I have been blown off multiple times, after leaving 3+ voicemails with nurse "Frances". Who has not once returned a call. My symptoms include fever of 102.0 or higher, headaches, stiff neck pain in legs and numbness in head and lower legs along with severe fatigue... I expressed my concern for my symptoms in those voicemails. I ultimately have seen my GP who continues to tell me I need to be following up with Dr. Yates.
