Went there at 4:00pm and they were already closed. Website said they were open until 5:00pm, what the heck!!! Oh well, they just lost a customer...
Heidi was great to work with before and after the sale. She has answered all our questions and is extremely knowledgeable. We would recommend her and the Longview store to anyone.
Super super great experience. Heidie went above and beyond when showing us a tub and again on getting it to us. Very knowledgeable and never felt pressured. Will continue to use them for all our hot tub needs.
