I purchased a new construction home from east Texas Homes in August of 2022. I have had many major issues with the home. For example, when I first moved in I noticed the water heater was not working at all. When I notified them they kept coming over to check it and replacing parts from the water heater. It took multiple visits of replacing parts, and many days without hot water for them to fix the problem.
