I purchased a new construction home from east Texas Homes in August of 2022. I have had many major issues with the home. For example, when I first moved in I noticed the water heater was not working at all. When I notified them they kept coming over to check it and replacing parts from the water heater. ETH recently completed a job remodeling my grandparents bathroom. They did a wonderful job, working quickly but sparing no detail. I highly recommend Tyson, he was professional, kind, & overall made the whole process much easier.
