If you find yourself not understanding conversations around you, or perhaps just not hearing when someone speaks to you, I can’t recommend East Texas Hearing Aids enough. Their customer service is stellar. They have patiently worked with me and worked with me to get my hearing where it needs to be. With numerous locations around East Texas, there is bound to be one near you. You don’t need to feel isolated when at dinner with friends and family. They have a solution.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The tech we worked with was very kind. Very nice person of All. I will recommend those place to others.
Went in to have my hearing aids checked for filter replacement. They changed them while I waited, only a short time and I was in and out in no time. Have been in before for the same service and received prompt attention. Excellent customer care.
