I had scheduled an appointment for myself and the morning I was supposed to go in, my 5 year old woke up with a fever of 104 which turned out to be flu. when I called for a new appointment, I was told I could not be seen in the clinic again because I had not called to cancel this one appointment. I'm sorry, but my extremely sick child was a bit distracting and I forgot to call. This is a totally bogus rule.
5:04pm Hello Dr. Chadwell. This Mark Cerny. I am your patient. I came in for an examination last Wed. Blood was taken for testing and I was told by your nurse the results would be back on Fri. or Mon. I have call several times and left messages for your nurse and you to follow up with me since Mon. to get the results. Tomorrow will be 7 days since blood was taken and still no one has contacted me.
