I chose to get married at the East Texas Arboretum in May of 2016. The flowers were in full bloom so there wasn't much work to do in decorating. The price was very reasonable and by far the best I could find compared to other venues within several miles. It's a beautiful place and I have been there for many other occasions including my sister's wedding in March of 2013 and a babyshower my sister in law held for me when I was pregnant with my second child.

I'm not sure how I missed this! Thanks so much for the 5 star review! We love our guests that come back time after time! If you are not a member, you should be. Only $35.00 for a couple annually. The best place you can come to for peace and solitude.
We took our 3 teen granddaughters. It was a great place to picnic, hike and enjoy the buildings and gardens. The girls want to return soon. I want to learn about native TX plants.

This is a beautiful place to visit. We were there for a wedding, so we stayed more in one area, but we hope to go back to see it all.
