I seriously cant believe how ridiculous the monitoring service. I have had multiple accounts and they don't have any accurate information in my bussines account. All management left before 4 today so nobody is in charge can answer simple questions. None if my codes are on my account I have had for 15 years that we use daily to enter and leave. Unbelievable.
