We have already been living here 6 years! Our neighbors are great people who love to have fun together, and take an active role in how East Terrace Cooperative operates. Come join us!
My Mother absolutely loves living here and the community she's found. The sidewalks and parking lot are always cleared of snow, and the lawn always looks nice. The interior common spaces are clean and tidy, and there's always events to sign up for and to look forward to.
My mother in law lives there. She loves it and we love having here there. Vibrant community, lots of activities. You can have a garden plot, enjoy group dinners, hang with the out to lunch bunch, and meet new friends. Everyone looks out for each other, the building and grounds are beautiful and safe. Definitely the place to be:)
