The property manager of this location and Sunset Villas is extremely rude and unprofessional. A family member of mine stopped by for an app and she treated her like she was beneath her and "couldn't afford" an apartment. Would never ever apply for these places!

Very nice apartment complex! The residents are great people, for the most part. Management is very vigilant in looking out for the safety and well-being of the residents. Everything is kept clean and neat. Maintenance and repairs are taken care of in a timely manner. There are some disturbances occasionally but they are few and far between and dealt with quickly and effectively. The area is a great area to live in, pretty quiet most of the time and we even get visits from the deer that are sometimes nearby. Highly recommend ... read more
