Customer service...what is it? I have owned my own business for over 50 years so I am very sensitive to good customer service. However, ask JJ and Carlos Dorado at East Tennessee Transmissions what good customer service is and they won't tell you they will SHOW you! Best around! Called multiple shops and by far the friendliest with the best customer service. Even worked with my schedule and stayed after close to make sure I could come by and get my Blazer back on the road, and now it’s driving better than ever. East Tennessee Transmission is there for their clients! The owners recently replaced a part at no charge on my father's 1996 Ford Ranger that they had worked on earlier in June. Compassionate reliable service: they put their reputation and customers first!
