Not a patient but I work at another physician office and the people that work in the office are extremely rude and hateful, especially one named Yvonne. Hopefully the ones actually working with the children are a little nicer.
I’ve never left a negative review before, but after a year+ of simply trying to get a person on the phone, here I am. First, phone options: there are only two when you call, neither of which lead you to anything other than an answering machine, and neither of which allow a person to call for questions nor to pay a bill. If you don’t select one of the two (a respiratory therapist or a nurse), the system hangs up on you. These people are great.!verry helping and verry gentle with children! Tried other home health companys and had to come back to this one they meet all my needs unlike the other ones. Nurses become like second family to you.
