Been with Childrens Home Health for years for various needs. RT Mandy is best!!! Always making sure we have what we need. Laura with Feeds is always pleasant to talk to on the phone. And when our daughter had SP, Miss Julie was the best!!! We appreciate so much all she did for our daughter! Thank you all at Childrens Home Health for working hard for our kiddos!
Not a patient but I work at another physician office and the people that work in the office are extremely rude and hateful, especially one named Yvonne. Hopefully the ones actually working with the children are a little nicer.
I’ve never left a negative review before, but after a year+ of simply trying to get a person on the phone, here I am. First, phone options: there are only two when you call, neither of which lead you to anything other than an answering machine, and neither of which allow a person to call for questions nor to pay a bill. If you don’t select one of the two (a respiratory therapist or a nurse), the system hangs up on you.
