Absolutely the worst service management and customer service I have dealt with. Had my Spyder for over 8 weeks. I received no call as to status of my bike. I had to call only to find out they had to order other parts and cost me more money. Then when I picked bike up it wasn't put back together correctly. The code they were suppose to clear was still on . Talked to owner had to bring it back and trying to get someone to answer the phone is impossible. And when they do answer… See more

Culbertson Electric just bought a Massey Ferguson 1739E with front end loader. The customer service was excellent. Great pricing and they have plenty to choose from. If they don’t have what you want on the lot they will track it down.
I purchased a 2019 Sportsman 1000 XP Premium from the folks at East Tennessee ATV in August. They are awesome folks to work with, and while they can be pretty busy at times, I was always greeted and acknowledged when I entered the store. When I had questions; regardless of whether it was via email or over the phone, I have received timely call backs or email replies. Told me it took 1-1/2 hours to reassemble Polaris primary clutch. Needless to say they threw me out after I told them no way!!! I brought the clutch home and reassembled in five minutes... Watch them they try to soak the unknowing. It also appears that Jim is no longer the owner and the new owner is a piece of work!!!
