I had an awesome experience with the entire staff. Dr. Sarah Simmons is extremely thorough and took the time to explain everything. The procedure went very well, and my recovery has been great. The team at MASC was amazing—Jeanette in Pre-op was insanely sweet and funny, as was John and the rest of the crew. A special thank you to Fay and Christina in the OR, and Tabitha in Post-op. Thanks for turning a medical procedure into a fun day! P.S. John, Jeanette is the winner :)
An incredible staff.. from the OR team , Dr Simmons, and Krista Klukan .. my wrist surgery and OT rehab was just fantastic.. This will be the team that continues to take care of me in the future !! A++ people and facility
They did a really good job at the hospital with John been a physician. But after the post they just dropped the ball. Going to their facility you felt like cattle being moved in and moved out as quickly as possible. No one connection.
My husband has had many procedures (at least 10) over the last five years. They have been consistently professional, competent, and compassionate in their care of patients. Our pain management physician, Dr. Constant is excellent as well. The center does a comprehensive patient review of their medical history and current medications. Very friendly staff, from registration person to the nurses. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. All the nurses I had encounter with were extremely companionate. I would highly recommend the surgery center.
