I have taken my pets there for years and I can't say enough good things about them in all circumstances. They recently helped me acquire my newest baby, Snoopy. They were very kind and helpful. Five stars definitely, more if I could.

Very rude staff. I was bringing my cat there as a new patient & we were running 20 minutes late. I called the vet to let them know we were running late & they wanted me to bring my cat back 2 hours later! My cat was already traumatized from the car ride, I couldn't do it to him again in 2 hours. The receptionist treated us like we were returning a shirt & not having a checkup for our cat. If this is how they treat new customers, I can't imagine how they treat you after you go there.
