I’ve been going to East Springs Dental for about 7 years for my dental care. Dr. Clark has been my dentist there since he took over about 4 or 5 years ago at the eastern parkway location and then moved to the poplar level rd location and I’ve never been happier. He is very attentive, caring, and makes sure you are good before you leave. He is thorough and double checks his work. If you have any problems they will get you in and fix it ASAP!! The staff are wonderful! Their attentive, have great customer service and funny. Dr. Clark is “down to earth” and is genuinely interested in his patients.
I'm not a fan of the dentist and this guy didn't make that any better. I informed the office before my appointment I had been in a car accident and my lawyer would need a summary of things from the dentist. No problem is what I was told. He fixed my teeth but charged me for a filling that was never done and then his office refused to refund the money. Plus he has never gotten my lawyer the paperwork she keeps requesting. All that is standing between me and a settlement I need very badly is a report from this office. My lawye... read more
