Very important- they are not corporate. Awesome vet. Seemed to really care. Very kind. Excellent visit. Staff and doctors amazing. Great pricing. We switched because we moved and this vet is close to home-very accommodating. Seemed really honest as well and gave us choices about tests and blood work. This was our 2 nd visit.
