Exemplary care and independently owned.
We recently brought our kitty Peanut in when our regular vet wasn’t available for a same day appointment. The care we received from Dr. Susan Vetrovsky and her team was exceptional! Dr. Vetrovsky is a thorough, compassionate veterinarian who takes the time to explain everything clearly and thoughtfully. She even followed up with us by phone several times without us asking, and went the extra mile by consulting with another doctor in Toronto to double check some imaging results, just to be safe! We love this vets office. They answer their phones promptly and book quickly as well; their female receptionist is amazing, kind and great with my puppy. The doctors are so kind and they’re very mindful of what to charge for and what not to. We tried another vet in town before going with this one; they didn’t answer their phone all day and when sending a first time appointment email they didn’t actually read it and asked questions that were already answered. Would choose this vet if you’re in need :)
