I contacted East Side for HRV repair based on information on website and positive Google Reviews. The HRV was running, but humidity in our house was really high, and we were having condensation issues, especially on cold days. We were happy with the initial visit, issue was thoroughly investigated and diagnosed as a faulty damper motor. We were charged for the service call, as expected, and the part was ordered for us. I had my AC replaced and installed by East Side Ventilation and couldn’t be happier. They were professional, honest, and took the time to recommend the right unit without upselling. The technicians arrived on time, worked cleanly, and explained everything clearly. Since the installation, my home cools faster and runs much quieter. I highly recommend East Side Ventilation for AC replacement and installation.

I can not believe the difference in air quality after having East Side Ventilation clean my ducts. Over the last few years I have had had drywall work, carpets and flooring replaced and with the renovations and smoke this summer my ducts were in need of attention. The two people who came were professional and proficient and did a very thorough job. I will definitely use this company again.
