East side was very efficient in accessing our AC problem. Same day service, knowledgeable and no issue about coming back the same day to complete his service call. Actually accomplished in approximately 2 hours including travelling time to Oakbank. This was during one of our hottest June days where AC servicing was in great demand.
We were having issues with our A/C last week during the heatwave. it was a fresh install ( not by them) but it was only pumping hot air and the guy who charged the system after I installed it, wasn't able to get back for a few days. ( i'm not an HVAC guy) With my trusty multi-meter and google by my side, after 2 days i concluded there was an issue with the furnace board, so i contacted Eastside to inquire.
