The servicemen were professional, courteous and took the time to explain the cleaning procedure. They appreciated me being ready for them (all vent and ducts accessible, covers removed) They cleaned every vent and duct, minimal dirt left behind. Would have liked more before and after pictures (or videos). Overall good job.

My ac unit was leaking water and was due for a service so I called them. They serviced my ac unit and did a good job i though only for it start leaking water again. I messaged them telling them the problem was back and asked to know the price of having them come back to repair it only to get angry phone call blaming me telling me you cant always get right . DO NOT USE COMPANY THEY WILL SCAM YOU.

East Side Ventilation just replaced my furnace, AC, and hot water tank. I had a few companies provide quotes, but after doing some research, I realized the quotes did not include the size of AC and HT that my home actually required. Warren came out and gave me a fair quote on everything I needed. Dan and Russel came and installed the next week.
