We have had a contract for the past year with East Side Ventilation for servicing our condo unit. The servicemen are on time, polite, and efficient. I highly recommend their services.
We had a high efficiency furnace installed. It was done in one day and passed Hydro inspection. East Side staff were great characters and obviously did the installation properly. I would recommend them, especially to seniors.
We were so glad that East Side Technician ( Kevin) was able to fix our furnace ( on and off mode) after previous tries . Kevin was very analytical, methodological and very knowledgeable. Very patient as well in analysing and solving the problems. Kudos to Dave (Service Manager) as always for his excellent customer service support.. Keeps it up East Side Vent Team !!! , you are helping the community so well!
This place is a joke. First off, I'd like to say that I had a very old furnace but it was still in perfect working condition, plus I heat my house with wood, so the furnace would only come on a few times over the winter, so a new furnace wasn't in desperate need. With that out of the way, my parents wanted to buy my wife and I a new furnace as a wedding gift.
