On January 31st, 2025, I walked in and without no hesitation nor discrimination, Joe sat us down to help us right away. He answered all my questions honestly and accurately. I had a wonderful experience with Terry finding a great family car that is perfect for the PNW, while working with my budget. I went in during my lunch and test drove the vehicle, then stopped by after work and signed the paperwork. In total I was on the lot 2.5 hours. My experience was real and down to earth. Terry, Danny, and Jesse made it a great experience at Eastside Subaru.
I traded in a vehicle and purchased a used vehicle here with Joe Walery. He was very accommodating, quick with communication and working with me because I forgot some documents!. The process was very simple and clear. Love to find a dealer that is easy to purchase from and work with.
