A scenario of quality over quantity: this gym actually changes lives for the better. Other gyms i tried weren't very "sticky" and didn't help me learn, workout, accomplish goals, or even want to be there. 3 years into membership at East Side, it is the most dedicated i have ever been able to be to a fitness routine as they make it easy, fluid, and highly impactful to be there. Taylor is awesome… worked out 3 times with her and she is very careful to strengthen my core without causing pain in my lower back… I highly recommend her
