You don't answer the phone and their hours of operation mean nothing because even if you go there during open hours half the time they're not there.
My go to stop to return a uhaul. Always an easy drop off.
Terrible mobile pickup process for a rental truck. When I started the process, I was instructed to go inside to the desk to get the keys. They were closed & did not answer when I tried calling. Had to call U-haul's customer service and then got keys from the outside lockbox. Took over 30 minutes on the phone to complete the process. Filed a complaint and haven't had a response.
Positive experience. No problems. Like the convenience of the location.
East side storage is a great place to rent great staff to work with. and they take care of the place well maintained and security cameras everywhere well pleased with the service.
