Terrible mobile pickup process for a rental truck. When I started the process, I was instructed to go inside to the desk to get the keys. They were closed & did not answer when I tried calling. Had to call U-haul's customer service and then got keys from the outside lockbox. Took over 30 minutes on the phone to complete the process. Filed a complaint and haven't had a response.
Positive experience. No problems. Like the convenience of the location.
East side storage is a great place to rent great staff to work with. and they take care of the place well maintained and security cameras everywhere well pleased with the service.
NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL WE RENT A UHAUL FROM SILVER BROTHERS. Hands down the owner is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. He loves to speak over his paying customers when they have questions about their bills..tells you right off the bat that he doesn't have time to talk on the phone, well then why did you answer the phone in the first place if you were so busy.
