HORRIBLE!!!!! ZERO stars actually....Do not do business with this unethical man. It took three phone calls to even get a response from the owner. $425 to repair a problem that was causing ice cubes to stick together! I could've bought a new freezer for that price. He kept changing the prices on the "verbal" estimate. First he said he couldn't give an accurate estimate because he didn't know how much the part would cost, then he changed his story again. I'm appalled that this company is still in business. BEWARE!
HORRIBLE !!! This is my third horrible experience with this so called company!! But they are the only local co to repair Frigadares! Charged $70 for 15 min to tell me my 13 month refrig was un repairable due to electrical short. " too many wires to find and repair problem." I just found this so odd that I had my father in law who has been a retired electrician for 10 years come and look at it. Found the problem in 20 minutes and repaired!! this company sucks!! DO NOT CALL>they do not keep appoinments they make. My furnance has been out a month and unfortunatly these are the idiots my landlord called.He has been here twice and both times oops sorry dont have the parts. Stay away do not call.
