Left because I could no longer deal with the office manager Jenny. She goes out of her way to make sure each and every experience is horrible. I don’t understand why they allow her to do the things she does especially when it involves the health of your children.
I should have known from all the other reviews to stay far away from this place. The "office manager" Jenny is one of the rudest most vile human beings I have ever come across in this field. We loved Dr. Marocco but his staff is incredibly unprofessional and this sadly reflects poorly on his clinic. Jenny, the office manager, may well just never call you back or hang up the phone in the middle of a conversation. It's shocking to be disrespected like that from staff members who are supposed to have a minimum of interpersonal skill. I've been with Dr.Morocco for 15years and I love him. he sees all 3 of my kids.. Accepts my no filter.. worrisome mommy calls.. and just support for anything, because he is honest and loyal������
